We cannot help with an order
We are not a shop. We have no access to your order, your prescription, your payment, your delivery or your return. None of them ever passed through us.
If something has gone wrong with a purchase, contact the retailer you bought from. They are the seller, they hold the order, and they are the only party who can resolve it.
In scope
What we can help with
- A wrong price. If a listing does not match what you found at the retailer, tell us which product and which store. We will re-check it. Please do send these.
- A missing retailer or product. We would rather know about a cheaper store we are not covering.
- A retailer partnership. Choose "Retailer partnership" in the form below.
- A privacy request. Access, correction, deletion, or anything else described in our privacy policy. Choose "Privacy request". We will respond within one month.
- A bug or something broken. Tell us what you did and what happened.
Health
For anything to do with your eyes
We cannot advise on which lens to wear, whether one lens is an acceptable substitute for another in your case, or what to do about discomfort. Those are questions for a licensed eye care professional.
If your eyes hurt, look red, or your vision changes, take the lenses out and contact one.
