Is VisionPrices free? Yes. You pay the retailer, never us.

Do you sell lenses? No. We show prices and link you to the retailer. They take the payment and ship the order.

Who handles delivery, returns and refunds? The retailer. We have no access to your order.

How are results ordered? By the price the retailer advertises, lowest first. Commission does not affect the order and retailers cannot pay for placement.

Is shipping included in the price you show? No. Shipping and manufacturer rebates vary by retailer. We show the advertised price, and the retailer's shipping terms alongside it where they publish them.

Why is the price different when I get there? Retailers change prices, and some add shipping or a processing fee at checkout. We refresh daily, so a price can move between our last check and your visit. The retailer's own page is the final word.

Something on a listing is wrong. Tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it. For anything about an order you have already placed, contact the retailer.

Do I need a prescription? Contact lenses are prescription medical devices in the US. The retailer verifies your prescription, not us.

Do you earn commission? We may earn a commission when you buy after clicking through. It does not change your price and it does not change the order of results.
